Invitation Owner:
The person or institution that creates an invitation on the Platform ("Invitation Owner" or "you").
2 Subject and Scope of the Agreement
This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the Invitation Owner regarding the creation and management of invitations via qr.hatiradeposu.com and other digital platforms belonging to Hatıra Deposu, and the use of uploaded media content (photos, videos, audio files, etc.).
3 Obligations of the Invitation Owner
3.1 Accuracy of Invitation Information
The Invitation Owner declares that all information provided regarding the created invitation is accurate and complete. They are responsible for any damages that may arise from providing misleading information.
3.2 Suitability of Media Content
All uploaded content (photos, videos, audio) must comply with morality, public order, personal rights, and the law. The Invitation Owner accepts that all legal permissions regarding this content have been obtained.
3.3 Participant Privacy
Personal data collected from participants can only be used for invitation purposes. Sharing with third parties without explicit consent is prohibited.
3.4 Media Viewing Feature
The Invitation Owner may, if they wish, activate the feature that allows all invitees to view the uploaded content. In this case, it is the responsibility of the Invitation Owner to obtain the consent of the persons featured in the content. All legal responsibility arising from sharing without consent belongs to the Invitation Owner.
3.5 Legal Use of the Platform
The Invitation Owner agrees to use the Platform only for legal and ethical purposes, not to misuse it, and not to harm the experience of other users.
4 Rights and Obligations of the Company
4.1 Service Provision
Hatıra Deposu provides the Invitation Owner with invitation creation, content collection, and content management services through the Platform.
4.2 Content Audit
The Company has the right to remove content that violates the law or this agreement without prior notice. It cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from such content.
4.3 Data Security
The Company takes technical and administrative measures to protect the privacy of data on the Platform. However, it is not responsible for damages arising from user-induced security vulnerabilities.
4.4 Service Interruptions
The Company accepts no responsibility and no compensation obligation arises for interruptions that may occur due to maintenance, technical failure, or force majeure.
5 Termination and Cancellation of the Agreement
5.1 Right of Termination
In case of behavior contrary to this agreement, Hatıra Deposu may temporarily or permanently restrict the Invitation Owner's access. Existing invitations may be cancelled.
5.2 Voluntary Termination
The Invitation Owner can close their account at any time. After closure, all created invitations and content are deleted irretrievably.
6 Resolution of Disputes
Kocaeli Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized for disputes that may arise from this agreement.
7 Effectiveness
This agreement enters into force and becomes binding on all parties when the Invitation Owner creates an invitation on the Platform.
