1 Right of Withdrawal and Duration
Within the scope of Consumer Law, you may exercise your right of withdrawal for purchased digital album services or physical products within 14 days from the delivery of the product or service without providing any reason. To exercise this right, it is sufficient to apply to us in writing.
2 Cases Where Returns Are Not Accepted
Your return request will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Service Has Commenced: If content has been uploaded to the album or the QR-coded product has been actively used.
- Personalized Products: Products such as QR cards, table cards, or panels containing special printing, personal names, dates, or messages.
- Physical Product Damage: Products whose packaging has been opened, used, or damaged by personal intervention.
- Exceeding the 14-Day Period: If the right of withdrawal period has expired.
3 Unconditional Return Cases
If the service could not be utilized due to the following technical issues, the return process is carried out unconditionally:
- Inability to access the album system
- Technical failure of the QR code
- Failure to provide the service despite payment being received
4 Return Request Process
- Request Notification: You must initiate your return request by sending an e-mail to bilgi@hatiradeposu.com.
- Approval Process: When your request is evaluated and approved, you will be informed via e-mail.
- Invoice Submission: You must also include the e-invoice sent during the sale in the return process.
- Refund: After your return is approved, the payment is made to you within 1–3 business days using the same payment method.
5 Non-Returnable Products
- Custom-printed QR cards and panels
- Used or products whose original state has been altered
- Services where uploads have been made to the album or shared
6 Right to Make Changes
Hatıra Deposu reserves the right to make changes to the return policy at any time. Updates take effect as soon as they are published on www.hatiradeposu.com.
