1 Service Description
Hatıra Deposu offers a service that allows photos and videos taken on special days to be collected in a digital album. The organization owner allows guests to upload content to this album via a QR code.
2 Use of the Service
You undertake to use the Platform only for legal and honest purposes. Use of the service is prohibited in the following cases:
- Engaging in illegal, misleading, or malicious activities,
- Preventing the experience of other users,
- Attempting unauthorized access or interference with systems,
- Collecting or using others' personal data without permission.
3 Content Uploading and Responsibility
The responsibility for all photos, videos, and other content uploaded to the Platform belongs to the user. Uploaded content:
- Must not violate any legal regulations,
- Must not infringe the copyright or personal rights of third parties,
- Must not contain obscene, threatening, insulting, or hate speech.
4 Pricing and Payment
Our album creation service is paid. Fee details are clearly stated at the service purchase step. Content uploading is free for participants.

5 Additional Packages and Materials
Physical products such as QR coded hand cards, table cards, welcome boards, and digital additional features (video/audio adding) are offered optionally. The provision of these products is also subject to an additional fee.
6 Intellectual Property
The Platform and all images, texts, software, and brand elements it contains belong to Hatıra Deposu or are licensed. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
7 Third-Party Services
The Platform may contain redirects to third-party services (e.g., payment infrastructures, software providers). We are not responsible for the content or security of these services.
8 Disclaimer
The Platform is provided "as is". No guarantee is given that the service will work uninterruptedly, error-free, or compatible with all devices.
9 Right to Change
Hatıra Deposu reserves the right to update the Terms of Use at any time. Updated terms become effective from the moment they are published on the website.
10 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Bu sözleşme, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir. Parties, doğabilecek uyuşmazlıklarda İstanbul Anadolu Mahkemeleri ve İcra Daireleri'nin yetkili olduğunu kabul eder.
