Organization / Venue Owner:

The person or institution that provides services through the platform and has the authority to manage and activate invitations ("Organization / Venue Owner" or "you").

3.1 Service Provision and Accuracy of Information

The Organization / Venue Owner is responsible for ensuring that the information regarding the services they offer is accurate and up-to-date. They must avoid misleading information, incomplete explanations, or actions that would harm the Hatıra Deposu brand.

3.2 Invitation Management

The Organization / Venue Owner is responsible for managing and activating invitations created by users. Responsibility for damages arising from misuse, incomplete transactions, or late activations belongs to the Organization / Venue Owner.

3.3 Customer Relations

Customer satisfaction is essential. A professional, respectful, and solution-oriented approach should be adopted in interactions.

3.4 Brand Identity and Invitation Creation Page

The Organization / Venue Owner ensures the accuracy and timeliness of the information on their promotional page (company name, contact, service details, social media accounts).

3.5 Media Content Display and Consent

The display of uploaded content such as photos, videos, and audio can be offered openly to the customer. It is the obligation of the Organization / Venue Owner to obtain the explicit consent of the persons in these contents and to provide information.

3.6 Data Privacy

Customer data should only be used for service purposes, should not be shared with third parties, and Hatıra Deposu's privacy policies must be complied with.

4.1 Hizmet Sunumu

The Company provides the service infrastructure to the Organization / Venue Owner through the Platform.

4.2 Content Audit

Inappropriate, illegal, or content contrary to this agreement may be removed without warning. Damages arising from such content cannot be attributed to the Company.

4.3 Veri Güvenliği

The Company takes technical and administrative measures for the security of the data shared on the platform. However, it is not responsible for damages that may arise from user-originated security vulnerabilities.

4.4 Service Interruptions

The Company does not accept responsibility for interruptions that may occur due to technical maintenance, system failure, or force majeure.

5.1 Data Processing

Personal data belonging to the Organization / Venue Owner is processed only for the purpose of providing the services within the scope of this agreement.

5.2 Processing Purposes

Data is used only for invitation management, customer communication, and in accordance with legal obligations.

5.3 Data Security

The Company and the Organization / Venue Owner are obliged to ensure data security in accordance with KVKK.

6.1 Termination

The platform access of the Organization / Venue Owner who acts contrary to the provisions of the agreement may be partially or completely blocked.

6.2 Account Closure

The Organization / Venue Owner has the right to close their account at any time. After the closure process, all content and services are permanently deleted.
